communicate - synchronize - balance
What is a BodyTalk session like?
The client is fully dressed at all times and lies comfortably on a treatment table or if more desirable, sits in a comfortable chair.
The practitioner is using bio-feed back (muscle testing) in combination with the comprehensive BodyTalk protocol to ask your body “What is the priority to be addressed?” Then she/he will establish to which other areas of the body/mind complex this priority needs to be linked (establish communication between different areas of the body). Once the links have been established, certain areas (highlighted by the formula) will be held (focusing the brain to pay special attention to those areas) and the practitioner will very gently tap on the clients head and sternum.
This procedure is repeated until the body indicates that no further priorities are to be addressed in this session.
At the end of each session, the practitioner will ask your body via muscle testing when the next BodyTalk session is appropriate. This is a guide to make sure your body is working at its own pace, hence not overloading itself and hindering progress.
Sometimes clients choose to come back earlier, often their circumstances have changed since the last session. They might have had an accident, emotional trauma, an infection.... and they are specifically looking to support their body in dealing with this newly arisen condition.
My BodyTalk session are scheduled for 1 hour, however the actual time of the treatment is really down to your body. Most treatments last between 20 – 40 minutes.
